LOL....Ziggy Hood intrigues him, yet Doss who's been in the league for YEARS.....I mean, shoot......he's ancient....he's a whole 24 years old.... doesn't.... Doss has a YPC over 15 and has proven to be one of the better punt returners in the game....but nahhhh, Doss was never going to do anything at all....even with Sullivan.....

35 games played over 3 seasons. 26 receptions TOTAL on 56 targets. And again, I said all he was here for was special teams. So why even include that? To validate my point?


Not to derail the thread but in terms of Ziggy Hood, he was playing out of the position he was used to. Meanwhile WR is WR. Especially when you catch less than 50% of your targets. You talk about how terrible marcedes is because he can't catch but his catch per target rate is a lot higher than tandon doss. You hate gratz after his rookie year but a 3 year vet who has done squat was one of your picks to be a surprise talent.

I seriously doubt the coaching staff is so dumb to put an injury prone 2nd round pick thats showing major promise in any more harm than he already is in. I suspect Lee will simply return kicks for training camp. If anything, To help his translation to NFL speed even more? That is a great move assuming they dont kill each other on kickoffs in training camp.

 

If Lee returns kicks in the preseason/season, Bradley is making a horrible horrible move.

 

Also, Andre Branch's next step is a 10 sack season. Ill even take 8 or 9 and be happy with it. Dude could be an absolutely amazing rotation guy. Imagine an O-coordinator having to plan for both the primary and rotational LEO/DE the entire game while subbing out his own dudes. #matchupproblems

Do you know who makes O-coordinators prepare for a primary and rotational DE? About 15-20 teams in the league.

If he is the best option available you play him. It's not like he is the QB and the fortunes of your team go down with him.

 

So what are you going to do when he lines up on offense? Limit his routes to "don't hurt me" routes?

 

He hasn't even proven he can play in the NFL much less earn the importance of protecting at all costs.

 

Besides, some of the smallest most fragile players in the game earned their living returning kicks.
