He's not starting this weekend, so again, how is that insulting?

 

I sure didn't hear Blake say he was insulted by the number of snaps with the first team he got in ONE practice.  Maybe you're reading a little too much into it?  Nah, that couldn't possibly be the case.  HE MUST FEEL INSULTED!

 

Maybe I heard wrong here but is he not playing the 1st and possibly 2nd quarter? Why the heck would they start henne for one series then switch to bortles then back to henne?

 

Give your starter his reps. Its simple obvious football. Bradley likes to goof around with situational football, I get that and I like that but 3 @#$%ing snaps when hes gonna start? Cmon coach. Cmon. Thankfully he increased it so Im not trashing Bradley.

 

Also, Of course he isnt going to mention anything about being insulted. The guy clearly has a brain unlike Johnny Partyball. And read my words of my first post. I said "If I was Bortles, Id be insulted". I never said "Blake Bortles IS insulted"

if he had more snaps in other practices this week I haven't heard.  I don't think it matters.  The games are the most important experience he is going to get.  The better he plays there, the more starter reps he gets in practice.

Alright then, Ignore my previous posts. I was under the assumption Bortles' is starting and playing 1-2 quarters. And of course 3 snaps in a practice isn't a big deal in the grand scheme of things, Im simply arguing my point about it being a wasteful idea. I like bradley but Im gonna call a spade a spade. My opinion is this is one of his few questionable ideas.

Granted, now it sounds like there were actually more than 3 reps with the first team in a variety of drills, but that's irrelevant, right?  It's those 3 snaps that matter most.
