Rules don't allow for sharing streams that aren't NFL licensed here.  You could pony up the 20 bucks for 'preseason live" at NFL.com and stream it that way.  That's how I watch them.

No its not on espn. Just channel 4 locally. Only thing I could suggest is the NFL.Com preseason package thing. or catch the rerun on NFLN.
