Grade: C

Also, I don't think I've ever been in an 8 man league.  I would think there would be a plethora of people to pick from if injuries/bad seasons start to happen.

For an 8 man league, that's a pretty bad team.

I'd like to hear your reasoning behind the bad grade.

It's not a bad team if in a 12 man league.

To get Manning and Calvin on the same team isn't too bad at all.. They're both usually first round choices even though they're not RB's.. Not a fan of Alfred Morris or Spiller at the flex spot.. Morris should get you 1000 yards rushing if healthy, but the question is, who was left on the board when you chose him?

Foster will net ya some nice points if he stays healthy, especially with Tate gone now.. I chose him a couple times myself in the 2nd rounds..

I stayed away from SJax in all my leagues. He started to run uphill a couple of seasons ago when he got scooped up from St. Louis..

Bengals D isn't too bad, but couldn't have done better?

I echo some of Jags/Noles points above - re: Mnning/ Calvin.

However, I can't stand shallow leagues like an 8 man league. I don't even think 10 people is enough.

12 is the minimum for me. I like more of a challenge. I like to have the talent pool spread out a bit and the better GM's actually benefit from their player knowledge.

the reasoning is, with only 8 people in the league, the quality of players on the team is pretty bad considering the amount of talent available in such a shallow league.

the running backs are really bad. D

the wide receivers are not very good. calvin johnson automatically gives that a boost though. B-

the best part of the team is manning. A+

tight ends are not terrible. C

defense is good. B+

kicker doesnt matter too much, especially in an 8 man format so i wont even grade that.

overall i would give the team a C+ to a D

i know youre gonna come on here and argue or flip out but ill bet you whatever you would like that you do not win that league with that team. of course you have tons of options on the waiver wire and with free agents in an 8 man format as well. so youre not doomed. you could probably make a team just as good with all free agent pick ups right now.

my drafts picks aren't conventional i dont always take the most popular player, i keep in consideration matchups, who else is on their team, how deep a position is during my pick for example if it were the 6th round and there was a high quality player at wr and 3-4 other really good wrs but there was 1 really good te and not much after that, if the WR is better id still take the te knowing ill be able to come back and take one of the other good wrs
