Ryan Davis / Telvin Smith / Winston Guy are 3 young guys who will make big plays in this defense.

 

 

Every time I watch a Jaguars game,  Ryan Davis impresses me.   Davis was the player who caused the pressure on Lions starting LT Riley Reiff on a 3rd Down,  which turned out to be an Intentional Grounding Penalty by Matthew Stafford.  It was the QB's final play of his evening.   Davis has a knack for rushing the QB and playmaking in general.   On a Jaguars team that doesn't get much national publicity,   Davis seems to go under the radar as much as any player on the Jaguars team.

Positive surpises: Bortles, Hurns, Alualu, Gratz, McCray, Lewis.

Bad surprises: Brewster, Allen Robinson ( due to injury), Joeckel, Toddman

Neutral feelings: Lee, Chris Smith, Cyprien, Beadles, Abry Jones (expected big strides by him), LaRoy Reynolds.

Allan freak Hurns, how in the hell did he go undrafted but like they say someone elses trash is our treasure. When the season is over with he's going to be last years keenan allen from the chargers.

 

Blake Bortles, i love the pick on draft night because any 1st round qb was better for our franchise than building around chad hot garbage henne but now i got a man crush on this man because he is going to be the reason why the Jaguars no longer be the rodney dangerfield of the NFL. Pretty soon sunday night, and monday night football will have to bring their lazy butt back to Jacksonville and i love it.
