Minor Thread Clothing in Jacksonville

Anyone ever order a t shirt from these guys?  I ordered a t [BLEEP] for a few months ago.  Haven't got the shirt.  So far I've emailed them, messaged them on Twitter, Facebook, and emailed them.  No response.

 

I'd rather get the t shirt then dispute it on my credit card.  Any ideas?

For one, it looks like their customer service dept is very poorly run.

 

That is a very bad sign.

I love the shirt design.  I've never disputed anything on a credit card, but if I don't get the short soon, I'm going to have to.

Try calling them.  That's always the most effective way to fix a screw up.

My thoughts exactly but tried finding a phone number for the OP without any luck. There's nothing listed on their website or FB page.

The offices are on the Southside.  No phone listed, but I actually found the owner/designer on LinkedIn. 

 

It looks like a 1 man operation, so if you're not getting an immediate response from him, that's probably why.  If he's doing a lot of work with groups like the Teal Street Hooligans, there's got to be a way to contact him that will actually result in a response.

I know the guy.  He's actually a really cool dude, just probably caught up with other responsiblities at Void and what not.  I'd just message him, I'm sure he'll square up with you.  I've bought a lot from him.

I ordered a RUN MJD shirt a few years back from them and had no issues. But if you are not getting responses, I would not hesitate to dispute the charge with your credit card company.

I messaged the guy on Facebook.  I hated sending him a note on his personal account, but I would much rather the t shirt than disputing the charges on my credit card.

 

It's a pretty awesome shirt.
