Well, luckily you're not employed down at Everbank.

absolutely will. with a few exceptions most on here are level headed, unlike me, plus I like Bortles

I'm not surprised by Brewster being cut, but I am surprised by Nowak. I thought he had been progressing nicely as a converted guard. I would much rather have Nowak than McClendon at this point.

Interesting that neither Brown or Taylor have been cut yet. I thought it was an interesting battle for that last WR spot. Apparently so do Dave and the coaches.

Ninjaedit: Is Nowak eligible for the P.S? Wasn't he IR'd last year or 2 years ago or something?

No surprises here at all. Unlike the Del Rio days its uneventful.Believe me your not safe if your 48-53 on the roster. TE and OL we need to start looking. Wonder if we can be of any help to the staff  Big Grin Big Grin

53-57 coming up soon!

Might have more to do with Doss injured and IR'ed and A Robinson still banged up - plus Ace out for four weeks. Taylor may be walking  come week 5.

I would be very surprised if they don't bring in another center

You know, I completely forgot about Robinson existing. /facepalm

His injury might be what keeps  both Brown and Taylor around for a while. I was expecting one of them to make it and then be dropped or conveniently IR'd immediately after Ace's suspension ended. I knew the two were fighting for the last WR spot, but completely forgot one of the "locks" has been injured almost all pre-season. If Robinson can't go, they both might be able to sneak onto the roster for a little while. Either way, its an interesting, if not largely irrelevant, battle.

I think he's still eligible for the practice squad.

Why do some folks get so mad when they're wrong?

The real GM couldn't care less.

For what it's worth, O'Halloran thinks tomorrow it's one WR, one LB and DB cut.

I think it will be Taylor, Stupar and Jeremy Harris.

I also think they add a veteran OL, meaning Josh Wells could end up on the PS.

Same for Marcel Jensen if they add a tight end.

Agree on the cuts.

Agree on the OL, but because of injuries and not their penciled starters.  Bowanko and Linder are set, and they are probably planning on sticking through the growing pains from the rooks.  WIth injuries, I think they're more worried about T depth and LG with Beadles banged up.  Pazstor out puts our swing tackle in as starter, losing flexibility if anyone else goes down.

I'd like to keep both Harris and Fleming and just carry three safeties.

Is four the norm for most teams?
