Stephen Hill, a guy that couldn't crack one of the worst offensive rosters in football, has garnered 28 pages. 28! I agree he has a high upside but 28 pages? If this was early in the offseason I wouldn't be as opposed to bringing him in. We've moved past the coaching/developmental stage of the season.
