1) Cut Chris Prosinski and sign any other available safety out in the market to take his place as the 3rd string backup.

 

2) Start Blake Bortles. We are willing to endure the bumps in the road with the rookie leading the team, as opposed to 7-year veteran, Chad Henne. Henne is a serviceable back-up, but please, there is no need for us to go down with the ship with him at the helm. We would certainly rather go 4-12 with Bortles than Henne playing QB. 

 

We understand that you have a plan for Bortles and sticking to it is key... So far you have made all of the right choices, but let the rookie play. He seems to play like the game is not too big/fast for him. Let him get the timing down with the rookie WRs this year.

It's true those are facts but it's also fact that they were doing their job and Henne had a ton of batted passes and wasted all of our timeouts. He is the leader of the offense. It's not fair to put the loss solely on Henne but we've seen this sideshow before... it doesn't end well, EVER.

there just seems to be a cohesion and smooth flow when Bortles is in the game. When Chad is in there is this huge sporadic feeling you get, its like every time he throws its a miracle there is a completion.
