Allen Hurns should start

Hurns and Lee should actually play better once shorts is back.
I know hurns had a great game in the first half but keep in mind he already knows this offense inside and out. He has an early edge.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Quote:Let's not go too crazy yet. He remembered that he's a rookie when the second half rolled around. He's got a lot of potential and looked great in the first half, but for every up a rookie has, there will be downs. That must be it... He remembered he's a rookie. Shame on him not remembering that throughout the entire first half and shame on those darn Eagles defenders having to take time out of their busy day to double and triple team some dumb ol' rookie that just should have known better. .. ![]() Quote:Hurns and Lee should actually play better once shorts is back.Just give me Bortles for that and you can keep Shorts wherever he's at. He'll make them way more better than Concussion Boy ever will.
Quote:Hurns and Lee should actually play better once shorts is back. Compared to (say) Reggie Williams? I just looked up Reggie's stats for comparison. After 1 game, Hurns has more TDs and 100-yard games than Reggie had in his first two seasons (32 games). In fact, Reggie only had ONE 100-yard game in hid entire career. Yet the Jags went 11-5 and won a playoff game with Reggie as our #1 receiver in 2007. "Why should I give information to you when all you want to do is find something wrong with it?" |
