State of Emergency Address ---- 5pm --- I think he will only state that "WE ARE CONTINUING TO WATCH FILM AND WILL EVALUATE WHAT OUR BEST OPTION IS MOVING FORWARD"

 

This is a safe route to leave options open today.  I say he announces Blake on Wednesday.
