since i now see that you are an apologist, it makes sense since you never dealt with the facts that were presented
with people like you, it's "THE OL SUCKS!!" you people dont have any foresight Quote:since i now see that you are an apologist, it makes sense since you never dealt with the facts that were presented Posting a screen cap and making a leading statement that is completely at odds with that very image isn't a "fact", it's a delusion. A self-affirming one perhaps, but a delusion all the same. Try posting something interesting and less redundant for a change.

Check out the Jag's Forum Alternative: Duval Football Fans. Quote:Just because somebody disagrees with your opinion of Henne as the worst QB ever does not make them an apologist. Henne has some limitations and is better suited as a backup and nobody disagrees with that. If anything, the fans who hold the naive belief that changing the QB equation magically fixes everything are the ones who need educating.rocdee has demonstrated time and time again that he's incapable of grasping your point. You're wasting keystrokes on this one. If you present logic showing that a loss has more than one component to it, he'll dismiss you as a Henne apologist even though there's not a single one on this board who could be accused of this. It's all he can come back with because he's just not that smart. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Quote:HEY LOOK GUYS, THERE'S A WIDE OPEN RECEIVER!! and i believe Henne took a sack on this play, if i'm not mistaken You do realize there's not a single wide receiver open in that screen cap, right? Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Quote:You do realize there's not a single wide receiver open in that screen cap, right?maybe because henne is only looking left. allen robinson is wide open. Quote:maybe because henne is only looking left. allen robinson is wide open. There are DBs within 3 or 4 yards of each receiver just hoping Henne throws it there way so they can jump the routes. None of the receivers including Robinson are open. I just watched the play again, and all of the receivers were covered up until the line collapsed on the right side forcing Henne left. At that point, Robinson was open because his coverage reacted to the fact that Henne was running away from that side of the play. Another thing to note. Not one of them is beyond the first down marker. These screen caps are a funny thing when you actually watch the plays and don't just rely on what one poster with an agenda wants you to see. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
2012 season compiled a total of three games that the Jaguars scored more then 20 points! That is a quarterback that gives us the best chance to win REALLY! Yes there is problems with the receivers and the line agreed, but the posters that are calling for Blake have just as good a case as people pointing out the teams other problems. So lets understand that even when the other problems are improved Henne is not going to win more then 4 to 6 games a year.

None of the receivers including Robinson are open.any qb worth a darn can just throw the ball to the right of robinson (from henne's POV) and force the DB to have to go through the WR to make an interception. i honestly can't believe you really believe that. Quote:maybe because henne is only looking left. allen robinson is wide open.no wonder they like Henne, they cant see the field just like he cant

If chad accurately throws that ball on Allen's left shoulder it's a completed pass, there's no question about it. Chad has the arm talent to deliver a strike without giving the defensive player much of a chance on this play, this is relatively easy throw to make at the NFL level. It's not like that defensive player is Deion Sanders or Darrelle Revis, it looks to be a linebacker in coverage. We show less advertisements to registered users. Accounts are free; join today!
FBT and other guys believe that a QB needs 6 seconds to throw and that the DB needs to be 10 yards away from the receiver in order to qualify for being a good blocker and being an open receiver

Yea me either, that is the definition of wide open. If your QB doesn't have the arm strength to make this throw you have serious issues. Quote:FBT and other guys believe that a QB needs 6 seconds to throw and that the DB needs to be 10 yards away from the receiver in order to qualify for being a good blocker and being an open receiverPlease don't try to interpret what I or others here think. It's clear you don't have the capacity to do so, and all you're doing is embarrassing yourself. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
Quote:maybe because henne is only looking left. allen robinson is wide open. In the play, Hennie has literially two seconds before getting flushed to his left, probably 1.5 of those seconds he's going through his primary reads to the left. Now there are a very few QBs who could throw to a comeback route to the right while running hard to left and under that kind of pressure, but not many. The ones that *could* do it are going to get picked by the opposite side DB as often as not. If you want to critique the guy for not making *that* play than be my guest, but I'd say your expectations are pretty unreasonable.

Quote:You do realize there's not a single wide receiver open in that screen cap, right? A good QB recognizes the coverage and had already thrown the ball to the guy running the outside curl in the lower half of that screenshot. I don't blame Henne for not making the reads and throws, he's a low quality backup QB at best, but the screenshot shows at least that throw was there to be made by a good QB. If you want to critique the guy for not making *that* play than be my guest, but I'd say your expectations are pretty unreasonable. Let's be honest... Henne isn't good and has never been able to dissect a defense or read coverages well. We aren't going to win any games with him if there is no running game for him to play game manager. Him still playing is only because the team doesn't want to rush Bortles. Henne stinks. We aren't winning with him. Him playing is going to result in a loss. If thei'r goal is to lose enough games to get in the top part of the draft. Mission accomplished. Quote:any qb worth a darn can just throw the ball to the right of robinson (from henne's POV) and force the DB to have to go through the WR to make an interception. i honestly can't believe you really believe that. We're talking about Chad Henne here. I think you've somehow deluded yourself into thinking anyone here believes he's the kind of QB who can make every throw possible. Nobody thinks that, but the Bortles whiners need to portray it as such in order to push this silly agenda. In reality, everyone here sees Henne for what he is. Some of you just can't accept that. As far as Robinson being wide open, watch the play. By the time he's coming back, the right side of the line has almost completely collapsed. Henne is already narrowing the field to the left side because he knows the pressure is coming. As soon as he breaks left, Robinson is wide open because the DB covering him has started to move back to the middle of the field. He was watching Henne the entire play. Don't believe me? Watch the video. Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.
