Marcus Mariota Vs Teddy Bridgewater

Quote:What does that mean, as long as they have zero wins?

It much they are far less likely to finish the season with zero wins. They will actually be favored in several games. Some think they will beat Atlanta.

Have to go into the office now. I will post more articles of Analysts/Scouts dripping buckets over Bridgewater later.

Quote:Um, I'm talking the big moves, the franchise changers. This offseason will begin to tell the real story.
You said solid moves in previous post

For me I'll take a wait and see approach rather assuming that Caldwell is clueless on how to scout a player

If you want to continue worrying and whining about everything carry on

Quote:It's football. Anything can happen. Hell we played Denver better than most teams this year. Tampa has a coach who is about to lose the locker room and a rookie qb. They have a chance just like us to go winless.

I think Tampa has a better chance than us at 0-16. Harder schedule, crap QB, locker room thats quit on coach.

Of those above, we only have one of those: crap QB.

I agree, but they're still winless, and at the end of the day, that's what's important to me here. I'd really like that team to start firing off some wins, otherwise the best 0-16 team in the NFL is going to cause some problems.

On Wisconsin.

Yep, last year KC was the best 2-14 ever assembled....and still finished ahead of us in draft order.

How do you say a crap QB?  He is a rookie with 2 starts and actually didn't look that bad Sunday.

Glennon stinks. I've watched those 2 games. He's the kind of QB that gets worse as the game goes on.

Horrible.

He looked decent Sunday in his second start.

Tampa has a rough schedule. They might beat the Bills depending on who their QB is.  Here's hoping they beat the Failcons this weekend.  (I can say that with a clean conscience!)

Goodell should totally take their first round pick away from them for their handling of MRSA >_>

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

We might beat the Bills too, and the Texans, and the Titans, and Arizona, and Cleveland. oh, and the Colts if they can rest their starters week 17....

....and San Diego, too

So we go 8-8?

That's barely missing the playoffs!

9-7 if you count San Diego.  Man we must be the best worst team ever.

obviously we won't win ALL of them. You missed the point. The point was thats a lot of winnable games that could easily cause us to miss the top overall pick if were not well, ahem, careful, should I say..... :whistling:

I think you are forgetting a few things:

  • Chad Henne did not throw a single touchdown against a team that allowed 11 Passing TD's in the previous 5 games
  • The Jaguars almost never have calls go their way
  • The Jaguars have allowed 14 Passing TD's in 6 games
  • On 2nd and long, our OC loves to run MJD up the middle
  • The Bills almost beat the Bengals
  • The Titans have been doing very well
  • Kubiak is fighting for his job, all it'll take is Schaub getting out of his slump
  • Cleveland has been playing pretty well and have a very tough defense

Tampa winning against the Falcons this week would do us a world of good still.

We really really need Tampa and NY to win a few games! Teddy needs to be in Jacksonville...

We're the first NFL team in like 30 years that has lost their first six games by double digits.

Question, does that happen with Blackmon playing?

Answer: no.

They probably win the Raider game with Blackmon.
