I'm not playing GM... I just think press conferences are a waste of time. The players and coaches are only there because they are required to be. They would much rather be left to do their work and not have a bunch of meddling reports badger them with questions.

 

Players who don't like talking to the media are not required to do it. The press can ask questions to other players who do like answering them. And it takes only 10 minutes to answer questions from all  of the reporters who ask them - not enough time to really be a waste.
