A lot of my guys have a bye this week so who should I start at my flex Shorts or A Rob?

I'd honestly lean towards Shorts until I see what Robinson does in a full game with Bortles. Shorts is the vet and will likely be relied on more for the time being.
Bortles targeted shorts a lot when he got in so I'd go shorts, especially if you're in a PPR league.
I would drop a player and go to free agency and pick up a chargers receiver.
