Now honestly, I truly think JDR was a much better coach than he got credit for.  I think he actually maximized the lame talent he had year after year.

Yep but guess what...we had a GM who drafted the players.  JDR didn't draft the players.  I'm not really defending JDR...just saying I thikn he really coached up the lame talent he did have.
