***Official Jaguars @ Chargers Game Day Thread, Second Half***

#21

Let's see if Gus and the coaching staff is able to respond to the Chargers adjustments to Bortles.
Whether someone has a liberal, or conservative viewpoint, a authoritative figure should not lock a thread for the sole purpose to get the last word in all the while prohibiting someone else from being able to respond.

We need another good CB and a FS, and at least one LB who super athletic and the defense will be much better

They only have 8 rushing yards. That's major improvement. We can build on that, even if our secondary is horrific.

Marks was quoted as saying it seems like 9 guys on D do their job on any given play, and the opposing QB finds the two who don't. Seems to give credence to what DD said.

Do people see why we play zone defense now?

That half kinda focuses where the weaknesses are. The defensive backs don't have a clue. And the defensive passing scheme is wack........How do you design a defense where a slow LB is assigned to cover a wide receiver?
