At least as a team we made it a game for nearly 3 quarters and only lost by 2 scores(kinda). Bortles looked really good but if the defense cant stop anyone you lose. Bortles could throw for 4 tds a game and still lose 28-30+. I dont understand how this defense is struggling. Defensive minded coach and this was supposed to be our strength. 

 

The coaches quit before halftime when they squandered a chance at at least a field goal.  Bortles has :55 and they went pansy on the play-calling.

Bortles just looks like he has nothing to work with on offense. Not the other way around. Hopefully with Ace and Lee on the field that will change. Defense never really kept us in it either so we've had to play rather desperate.

I think Allen Robinson could be ok but overall the talent is pitiful.

Regardless of who has been playing qb, the offense keeps falling flat in the second half. Playcalling is real bad. Cant run EVERY time on 3rd/4th and 1

Bob Babich needs to be fired; Cecil Shorts should be cut and sign Kerry Taylor. At least that guy has enough heart to play hurt; I could understand if it was a concussion but other players throughout the league play week in and week out with hamstring "tightness" or strains.

Has the team showed up prepared for games or look caught off guard by what other team run?  Are players improving?  Is there a high number of mental errors (blown coverages)?

 

So far, I'd say it's safe to question the staff.  How are other NFL teams ready to begin the season yet our team continues to use excuses?  Other teams come out ready to play in games and they make in game adjustments.  We are always exposed as inferior in every game.
