2-14 Will Be Our Final Record

#1

Watching this game honestly made me realize how bad the team is.

-Wide receivers aren't trying (we're looking at you Shorts)

-Gus Bradley and Fisch are still sticking with the bland play calling of the past, oh I don't know, 11 friggin years. I swear, it's as if Del Rio never left. Sad part is our offense was still light years better with him at the helm.

-Our schedule is brutal. Houston twice, Indy again at the Lucas, all of the AFC North, Tennessee twice, New York and Dallas, and Miami. I'm being generous; I honestly don't see two wins in there.

-Running game is non existent.

-Defense is literally the worst in the NFL both rushing and passing. 32nd in both categories.

This team is bad, bad, bad. Bortles is the future, and he will eventually make this team competitive, but not with this coaching staff, and otherwise terrible drafting.

The Jags will be lucky to get one win this year. I'm honestly shocked that this team may be worse than last year.

I think we might get 4 somehow.

Until this defense is competent enough to at least hold a team to 20 points, it's 0-16.. I don't care who's on the schedule..

Guys, chill. You think BB is going to stand for 2-14 or 0-16. We have a young good QB who is not satisfied with suck. He'll get better every week. My prediction: 6-10

Guys, this team got blown out by Washington. WASHINGTON!!!!!!! I'm not even ready to say we will win a game at this point.

And if we have another 0 and 8 start, i think gus will have a much tougher time righting the ship than last year. Tougher to get people not to quit when you're in year 2 and things still arent clicking.

On a side note, where is angry gus? Where's the seattle defensive coordinator we loved? There's no fire there.

I mean looking at who we face its still hard saying we get a W with how we have been playing but I do believe Blake will make us better.  I just cant believe how horrible our defense is.

He's giving a speech to some cheerleaders right now. He's not sure how to coach a football team.

We have yet to break 20 points in a game.  I don't see how we can win another game at this point when on average we're allowing 38 points per game and averaging 14.5 points per game.

Something has to give and hopefully it's against the steelers.

2-14 seemed ridiculous at the start of the season. But now it is hard to find 2 wins.

This team is worse than last year. I don't think people understand how horrible that is.

Comparing the first 4 games of last year to the first 4 games of this year

 2013

L 2-28 to KC

L 9-19 to OAK

L 17-45 to Seattle

L 3-37 to Clots

2014

L 17-34 to PHI

L 10-41 to WSH

L 17-44 to Clots

L 14-33 to SD

I guess the only thing we can take out that's positive is that we haven't scored below 10 points! :teehee:

We are clearly better than last year. That said, I see us sweeping the tacks, maybe splitting with the tinhorns. Miami is a good chance for us. I would say that either Steelers or Browns look beatable right now. So I will go on a limb and guess 5-11, maybe 6-10, but I seriously doubt we will be worse than 4-12.

Yes, it's improvement, but it's Blaine Gabbert 2012 level improvement. - Pirkster
