Analyzing Rutgers v Louisville for Teddy Bridgewater
|
Quote:Was an efficient passer before the injury. He didn't protect himself by sliding enough, and seems that the team mismanaged his injury all together. Okay? I'm not going to lower my expectations and pretend like Teddy Bridgewater isn't the best QB in the draft just because we don't get the #1 pick. I know some fans love to convince themselves that their teams pick is better, but that's not how it actually works.

If that RV sales place wants Tebow in Jax bad enough to take out a billboard saying as much.....they should just HIRE him.

Quote:Seriously dude? Please expain Rutgers giving up 52 to Fresno State and giving up 52 to SMUBoth teams are top 10 in passing in nation. Fresno State hasn't scored less than 41 all year. Rutgers is about an average defense statistically, it's not like they don't have talent.
Quote:Both teams are top 10 in passing in nation. Fresno State hasn't scored less than 41 all year. Rutgers is GREAT in run defense though. And for some reason Watson refused to stop trying to get the run game going.

Quote:Rutgers is GREAT in run defense though. And for some reason Watson refused to stop trying to get the run game going.I think that they knew that they could hold Rutgers offense in check, so they played on the conservative side, just my guess who knows.
Quote:Rutgers is GREAT in run defense though. And for some reason Watson refused to stop trying to get the run game going.you say teddy can read the defense, you say teddy can change plays from the line of scrimmage, yet you blame the coach for the playcalling? rutgers has one of the worst pass defense in college, surely teddy knew that, but he didnt really exploit it? Quote:you say teddy can read the defense, you say teddy can change plays from the line of scrimmage, yet you blame the coach for the playcalling? rutgers has one of the worst pass defense in college, surely teddy knew that, but he didnt really exploit it? Often times his playcalling/audibles are switching sides of the field or switching from a pass to a run play. So if the play call is a run, he would really only switch up the type of run And no one is blaming anyone for anything. They won the game.

Quote:SPLOOSHSPLOOSH? What kind of sound is that? Just curious, what kind of sound would you make if Caldwell take Clowney with the first overall pick and *grasp* select Stephen "the back foot magician" Morris in the 2nd? (Should we call the ambulance ahead of draft day?)
Quote:SPLOOSH? What kind of sound is that? Not an Archer fan apparently. Unlike the majority of posters on this forum, Caldwell does not appear ot be partially brain dead.

I thought he was supposed to throw bombs, not sling arrows. We should get Morris, unlike Teddy who slings arrow, he throws long bombs, although they may get intercepted many times.
Quote:SPLOOSH? What kind of sound is that? Why do you keep saying such horrible things?
I was wrong about Trent Baalke.
Quote:SPLOOSH? What kind of sound is that? The sound that you would hear would be the marching footsteps of all of the educated Jaguars football fans marching on Everbank field in mutiny.
Just finished watching Mariota's game.. Gonna write up my analysis and get ready to watch Teddy tonight.
