Quote:I may be wrong, but I thought the contract we gave Mack said he could opt out after two years. He could be a free agent in 2016, not next year.

Edit: Just looked it up and the articles I saw said the above.
Then I stand corrected.

Oh ok. I thought it was for one year then a opt out. Well scratch that thought.

I was hoping I misremembered something. I agree that there's no way the Denver lets Julius Thomas go, they'll find a way to make salaries work.

<p style="background-color:transparent;">Suspended WR Justin Blackmon is currently enrolled in a voluntary 90-day treatment facility.

Jaguars coach Gus Bradley made the revelation at his Wednesday press conference. Blackmon is reportedly about halfway through the program, and Bradley made it sound like Blackmon is doing well. Although Blackmon is technically eligible to apply for NFL reinstatement on November 1 (Week 9), he seems like an extreme long shot to play this season. Either way, it's good to know Blackmon appears to be on the right track. Still only 24 years old, Blackmon is worth keeping stashed in Dynasty leagues. -Rotoworld

I was basing my criteria for reinstatement on appendix B of the former NFL drug policy which lays out the exact procedures for reinstatement. The player may apply 60 days before the anniversary date and the commissioner has 45 days to respond to the application. It's possible the new one has it changed, but I doubt it would have pushed back the date he may apply for reinstatement. According to the old policy he would be able to be reinstated November 1st not just be able to send in his application.

I wonder if that's his girlfriend. If so, maybe she's the one providing motivation to get his act in order.

Stay away High Score. You'll jinx our feel good optimism.

We're just setting ourselves up for a massive dissapointment.  He'll play like 2 games and then pop positive and be kicked out of the league.
