There's nothing there to overturn it. he was holding the ball into his gut so the ball is short of where his shoulder pads ended up. They can't definitively say it crossed the 41.

It wasnt cover 2. for some reason im seeing Poz drop back 15 yards. They didnt even need 15 yards.
