Accountability. Throwing players under the bus or is everyone accountable?

well we are half way down the 3 year plan at this point.  would just be another set back to pull the plug on it all and start over.  might as well let them have the three years to see if they can get it to work. if not they are gone.  but at least when khan is looking for the next head coach they wont be like Oakland who cant get a decent coach to come, because they know they barely get a year and a half to turn around the franchise

The Fans:  You have two different ends of the spectrum crowd here.

1. You have the fans that drink the koolaid and the ignorance is bliss crowd.  They support the team no matter what and support whatever regime is in power till the death.  The same fans who supported Gene Smith and the Jack Del Rio regime.  It does not matter how bad the jags are doing it's always right with them.

Those fans are not ignorant sir- they are simply enjoying a pass time.  Also, I am certain nobody agrees with the front office 100% of the time.  But a true fan will still support the team no matter what.

A true fan will face reality and call crap what it is crap.   Being a fan and not being blind is two totally different things.

4-17 in 2 years is showing a trend not progress.

I didn't read your post, it was a little too long, but I think everybody should be held accountable. The coaching isn't very good and I think this team is under-achieving.

I don't think coaches are doing a bad job, but agree they certainly could improve.

It remains to be seen how much is underachieving and how much is inexperience.

Only you fail to realize the difference between blind faith and patience.

All I know too well about the whole "patience" speech on this board.  I was told that 4 years in a row with your pal gene smith.  How did that work out.

IS showing some progress after 2 years of great draft placement and high salary cap too much to ask for?

Patience is called for because 2 years later Caldwell is still stuck trying to fix the mess that Gene created. Has Caldwell had a real opportunity to fix this roster? A hand full of draft picks isn't going to fix 4 years of failure.

you either have patience with a rebuild or not.  but it wont change the fact that they only have a chance to be successful if given time.  just because one rebuild didn't work, doesnt mean the next wont.  unless you over react, pull the plug early and insure it wont be successful.  and what do you do then?  start another rebuild you will need to have patience with.   complaints wont stop until a building process is successful.  even in the beginning of the one that will lead to success.   I don't know if this process will work,  maybe it will be the next one. or the one after that.  but its just the way the nfl works.
