It's gotten so bad that we think a first down is a big deal. 

 

Other teams are scoring TD's, we're stuggling to get positive yardage..

Is this what is called in the rest of the NFL as an 'adjustment'?  I've heard about but never seen it practiced by the Jags.

What kills me is we see all the time where a team does terrible for one or more seasons then turns it around when they're not expected to, case in point the chiefs this year after being the worst team last year. The jags never follow this cycle ever.

They didn't sign any high-priced free agents because it wouldn't do any good.  The team would suck regardless.  All part of the tank for Teddy strategy.

Our defensive line looks better... our entire defense looks better. We just can't quit going three and out and resulting in the defense getting tired.

You really think the PLAN was to suck this year?

 

Even if you're going to be bad, I've never heard of a front office not even attempting to get better at a single position. Not ONE position are we better then last years 2-14 team, that speaks volumes.
