Who looks good to possibly fit the shoes Poz wears?

Any one who runs better than a 6.0 40 would be a good start

10 years ago we had Bob Hope, Johnny Cash, and Steve Jobs..... Please don't die, Kevin Bacon.

Poz' shoes look like they are untied when he drops into coverage, lets find someone who brings a new pair of shoes. Bednerik McKinley looks like a good answer to replace Poz. The guy is big, physical and fast. Looks to be a late 1st rounder but he may be one that falls due to the mlb spot not being as highly drafted. He doesn't get the same hype the Bama backers get and isnt the prospect Willis was but he can be a good backer for us

really great feedback from 2 people with the same tired, hackneyed jabs. great insight guys!

eric kendricks is probably the best inside LB in the country.

im sorry, would you like me to put it more bluntly that Poz is terrible in coverage? No knock on him, little injuries and age on top of the physical toll the LB position have finally caught up to him. McKinney is going to be great. Can cover and has a bit of rushing ability, can plug him almost anywhere. His stock will rise as Ms State continues to dominate. Im all for Prewitt and him as our first two picks. Two rivals unite on the same team.

I just think you're beating a dead horse when you reference poz' speed.

Anyway I forgot about McKinney, he looks nasty. He will probably wind up being the top mlb off the board, but inside linebackers usually go mid to late first.

Trade down, take Prewitt, then move up in the late 1st, grab McKinney. If only everything works out as perfectly as I dream

We don't need to replace Poz yet. What we need right now is depth at that position because he keeps getting hurt. Old age is catching up with him, so what I want to see is a guy who can develop until Poz becomes a free agent.

I wouldn't hate it but the interior o line needs to be addressed early I suppose chances are top of round 3 is a possibility.

Unfortunately this looks like one of the worse LB drafts in recent years.  I'm hoping Telvin gets to start towards the end of the year, but dang this team has so many needs.

The interior offensive line has two rookies. All we need there is a left guard.

What we need to get early are a tight end, a linebacker, and a free safety.

Linebacker is not our top priority now but I won't complain if we pick one. Telvin probably will not start any games this year barring injuries, but I hope he gets more playing time.

OK so even if linder and bowanko are assumed to be long term fixtures, lg is still the interior o line and needs to be addressed early.

Second, the interior line has been atrocious. 0 push at all and pass blocking has been below average as well. I think linder will be good and bowanko is gonna be great depth at both spots but that can easily be upgraded as well as lg.

Have you seen the o line play or are you usually watching all of your other teams?

I just think it is like our receivers and quarterback where because they are rookies, it is impossible to know at this point if an upgrade is needed at center and right guard.

Of course I have seen them play, but I focus more on the quarterback and eligible receivers than the linemen.

Eric Kendricks (UCLA)  is a possibility if the coaches/scouts see enough upside in his coverage ability.

Shaq Thompson just had a 99 yard fumble return TD. His fourth defensive TD of the year.
