Quote:Throwing into double coverage and getting his guy killed wasn't his fault.

Had the pass been caught in the end zone he wouldn't have had to throw into double coverage.

Quote:Wasn't his fault.  Stone Hands dropped it.
He made way more bad passing plays then good ones, 3 turnovers

Pass in the end zone was a poor pass, bit still should have been caught.

No matter what, Driskel is terrible and the second coming of Chad Henne. Talent only a parent could love.

It was a poor pass, low and behind the TE

But it should have been caught, then again it should have been thrown better

Are you the girl that got Harris suspended? You are defending Driskel like his mom

Quote:Looks like a neck injury.  I hope it's not serious.

When I saw him strapped to a backboard with his helmet on, I thought that is the only thing it can be. It was great to see a thumbs up sign as they carted him away.

Does anyone know what happened to Rasco on that play?

Quote:Yeah but the Gators did have the chance to put it away with the drop in the end zone. Can't blame Driskel for that.

That was just a good kick...

I think that drop was the killer because we would have been up by four when LSU got the ball back.

How was it a poor pass when the ball was in the receiver's hands? That is the definition of a perfect throw.

Chad Henne actually was good at Michigan.

Yeah need to stop time and you throw it into double coverage in the middle of the field. Terrible decision, he even audibled into that play and knew from the ball being hiked thats where he was going.

I never really thought Driskel is a Henne clone. He runs a lot. But last year I did defend both quarterbacks.

I'm not defending Driskel. Just simply stating the fact that the game would have been put away had the pass been caught. If you want to continue trying to lay blame for everything on him while sounding like a bratty teenager, be my guest.

I like the fact that they went downfield a lot more.  Not certain if there is hope for Muschamp with the proper QB or if it's time to blow it up again.

Quote:LSU should win this one pretty easily. Driskel may be the most inept QB I've ever seen.

Have you ever seen this guy named Blaine Gabbert play?

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Has anuyone heard an injury update on the guy who was carted off?

They announced they think he'll be ok. Someone made a thread about it on a Gators forum. He gave the thumbs up afterwards, probably just concussed.

And how in the hell can you guys say that pass wasn't good to the TE in the endzone? It was right in his hands.

Pretty sure the twitter rumor is he might have the most SEVERE type 3 neck concussion.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

I think the people who say that are just hating on Jeff Driskel. It was obviously a good pass. I bet the tight end was mad at himself for not catching it.

If that was the problem, he would not be able to give a thumbs up sign. Neck concussions cause paralysis.
