Marcus Mariota Vs Teddy Bridgewater

Quote:I don't think he has any control over that.

No one said he did. But this is the game I am watching so I am commenting on it. Specifically on Mariota for obvious reasons.

Is Oregon's defense really this soft or is Halliday a pretty good QB? He's slinging the ball around pretty good considering the situation. Could he be a late round flyer?

I hope we consider the possibility of taking a QB first and then taking his backup later in the draft like the 'Skins did.

Sean Mannion in the 4th.

Mariota almost had a fumble too plays ago coming down on the ball and now he sort of bounced around in the pocket and fumbled it. Not a huge mistake but he shouldn't have been one handing the ball in the pocket like that. Very Manziel-esque.

On the play before that he steps up in the face of pressure, throws a strike, and his WR drops it.

Halliday is throwing some pretty passes. He would make as the perfect developmental prospect.

Mariota just fumbled a second time now this time WSU runs it back for a touchdown.

Gotta get two hands on the ball...

That was on Mariota. He just fumbled a few plays back. Got to learn from your mistakes.

Maybe scouts should be worried about his hand size?

I want to get excited about another QB in case we don't get the top pick, but these guys are making it hard. Extremely nervous about all of them.

Considering these are his first turnovers all season I doubt it.

Is it because he's not wearing gloves?

On pace for 80 attempts? Slow down Halliday.
