I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Pittsburgh as a team stinks currently and has some big injuries they are dealing with.  They also just got spanked by the browns. That is garbage.

Were they not a top 5 offense coming into the game here?  That's a pretty simple question to answer.  Their injuries didn't impact the fact that they came in with the 4th rated offense in the NFL.  They had the hottest receiver in the league coming into that game.  They did little to nothing to live up to that ranking against our mediocre defense.

You're the one whining about free agency.  The team has decided to blow the roster up and to fortify the foundation through the draft.  Next year will be the first time you see them making legitimate moves in free agency that will truly benefit this team.  Again, part of the plan. 

 

Yeah, we get it.  We also know that the plan may work, and if it does, it establishes a new model for teams to follow around the league.  It's interesting how the fans struggle with this, but if you listen to those outside of the Jacksonville market discussing the direction this team is headed, and the method they've adopted in building this roster, nobody is as down on this franchise as the Jaguar fans. 

Because people outside of Jaguar fans and the organization watches the Jaguars stink it up every week.

Only if they blow the Jags out.  If the Jags play it close as they have the last 2 games, the usual suspects will dismiss them as a bottom dweller.  If we win?  Guaranteed they'll downplay it big time.

That doesn't diminish the fact that when they came into Jacksonville, they had a top shelf offense.  Even today, they continue to hold the 4th overall rated offense in the league despite the lack of scoring.

Just because they have an idea want to try something new does not make it the right move.  This team has been down right pathetic in the majority of games since this new regime has taken over.  At some points this have to equal wins or it's not real progress. 

and when is that point? who makes that decision? at some point in time fans will have to resign themselves to seeing that real progress doesn't always manifest as wins...real progress can be considered having the rotating Center position problem solved, having released non productive players is also progress...Identifying who does what best and getting rid of players who aren't picking their craft fast enough is good and is also progress
