Poz to IR

Sucks for Poz, he had a hell of a game.

I like JT Thomas as well, but he has tough sledding in front of him now. The biggest loss IMO, is having Poz out there to get everyone lined up correctly.

Quote:I think you are crazy if you think he isn't a good player.

Take the emotion out of it. He is an average LB that was greatly overpaid. He can't cover. He can't rush the passer. The majority of his stats come from making tackles after the 1st down has occured.

Also... he is one tough son of a gun.

The best thing about him at this point was his ability to call the defense.

Yeah, all those crazy 1st downs the Browns had yesterday huh? You're reaching with that one.

Why take the throttle off I'd crush them for 60 full minutes ! Lol

Yesterday was the anomaly as far as Poz' games this year.

Not sure what else to tell you if you think otherwise...

Quote:Heres the thing though....Branch had this injury coming into this game. Not sure the decision to even play him was a smart one.

Don't you think that increased his chance of re-aggrivating it? (which he ill-fatedly did)

I have skimmed the board for a long time and just started posting and this is my first post quoting you.....You are pretty annoying always trying to act like you know more than the coaches/GM when you get 3/4 of what you say wrong. The worst part is, you still brag about the other 1/4 that you get right (and that's being generous) and when someone calls you out on what you got wrong, you act like you never said it. I've seen multiple people call you out about a guy you said the Jags should draft and your response is almost always, "I never said that."

If you're going to try to act like you are better than the coaches and GM, you should at least be able to admit when you are wrong. At least the coaches are willing to do that.

You are picking a single good game and I am the one reaching?

TMD I wonder how many more of these I'm going to see posted about you. If the Jaguars had trophies for posters on the board, you would definitely be "Best Villain"

People overrate Poz and act like games like yesterday were commonplace with him. They weren't.

As said, the best thing about Poz at this point would probably be his ability/ familiarity to call the defense.

If they can put 10-20 more pounds on him in the next couple years without losing the speed.... look out.

Branch I believe was on the pick. Poz was I think when we were 17-6 ahead

Thats why any added weight on Telvin should be gradual.

Don't even risk messing up his best attribute, being his speed/ quickness.

Quote:Saw him get up after a play yesterday and reach for his chest.  Thought then that he was hurt.  But he sucked it up and kept playing.  I figured I was wrong about him being injured.  Guess not.   That stinks.

Same.  I remember him grabbing his pec area and wincing in pain pretty badly after that play and thinking he just tore it but then he was back out there a few plays later.  Obviously that was where it happened and he just played through it the rest of the game.  Tough break.

Care sharing what he's gotten wrong? I know someone has a list but if you are making these claims, you should surely know everything he's gotten wrong right?

Point being, everyone has gotten things wrong. People are going to point out his Dan Lefevour thing but atleast he has his own views as opposed to a ton of people who just go by what Caldwell and Bradley have to say as if its gospel.
