Bill O Brien's post-game presser keeps it REAL after a loss, compared to Gus Badly's "positive" [BAD ...

Quote:Probably similar reasons to why coaches seem to like Henne so much.

Well Henne is a mistake so...

O'Brien has made a mistake by not starting Mallet?

Quote:Liking O Brien and thinking he was a good head coach choice is called a schtick?

Interesting.

Your whole existence on this board is a schtick. Not hard to see.

Yes, I believe that with O Brien now in Texas, the chances of the Jags winning the division are slim now, (especially when you consider Luck AND O Brien both being in the division).....outside of the Jags hiring a Harbaugh level head coach, anytime soon.

So if we're not going to win for another decade, you might as well go be a Texans fan (since you like O'Brien so much.)  I won't blame you.  We're out of it for another decade.

I was wrong about Trent Baalke.

I don't understand. BoB was stating the obvious in an upset tone therefore he's the GoaT head coach?

Yes, good point! However, his opinion doesn't weigh as much being a tinhorn fan.

and queue the unrealistic and only acceptable scenario for TMD, harbaugh and rex ryan.... setting up for a future meltdown.

classic.

This kid is a sure fire HOF coach!  We better sign him quick!  His tantrum makes O'Brien's look positively giddy.

I can't be a Texans fan. I don't "want" or "root" for them to win, just stating that I think they will win because of the very good coaching hire they made.

I said Harbaugh LEVEL coach. Doesn't have to be Harbaugh-himself.

Quote:I think BOB's display of anger (and subsequent [BAD WORD REMOVED] whooping in practices all week) will indeed have a positive effect in the results of next week game for the Texans, as well as have a psychological benefit long term in the minds of his team that losing is not acceptable/ won't be tolerated.

Yeah, because pounding a podium sends a MUCH bigger message than CUTTING players who don't perform.

Idiot.

Yeah, because the guy that had no problem getting in the face of the team MVP & 3 time winning SB QB would really have an issue with releasing a player or 2 if that becomes necessary....

Keep defending the 5-18 head coach....as you call someone else an idiot, too...   Laughing

Its also funny seeing the people label BOB a crybaby...

If that was Gus Bradley acting like that at the podium, could you imagine this forum all doing 180's and slobbering all over it with stuff like "Yeah Gus, thats right!!!" "Do Your JOb!!!".....and other hypocritical stuff.

But Bradley got in the fact of the entire Seahawks defense and told them to "do your job".

But that different doe, right?

I've already answered it several times. You aren't getting the answer you want to hear.

The candidates will become clearer as the season goes on. Harbaugh is one of the only existing quality head coaches that is being rumored to be available at seasons end.

By December, I'll have a list of 5 candidates.
