Miami Game has Huge Implications

#21

Quote:The week is so much more intriguing after a win like that. I miss it on a more regular basis. Hopefully we can keep the momentum. Miami has the tendency to show up big and then fade. Hopefully they come in on their high horse this week and get a reality check.

So you're saying let Miami score twenty points and then defeat them by a close field goal? I like it!

I don't think I would call a 1-6 and a 3-3 team red hot, nor would I call a 1-6 team to be on a winning streak

Excellent points made once again by Omaha.

A question for the OP:

Given Houston's performance over the Bills, due in part to Ryan Fitzpatrick's mediocre-instead-of-poor performance, are we underestimating the "revenge" factor?

Should we just go ahead and start Henne?

It constantly amazes me, that no matter how many times Omaha does a thread, some people still don't quite get it...

One of these years.............

Thank you Omaha, I always look forward to reading your posts.

To those of you taking this post seriously, i dont think there's a ladder long enough to have kept this from going over your head.

I know I am not the OP, but I think it's pretty clear that Bortles is just a diversion from the true PDL weapon, Henne. Gus is doing a masterful job at hiding all of this so far (A play out of the JDR playbook perhaps?) and everyone seems to be fooled. We will look back at these games as being the golden years of the Jags.

What lies behind us, and what lies before us are tiny matters compared to what lies within us.

Seriously, the OP is probably one of the best things I've read all week!

I think this game right here is the most important game we've played in the last 3 or 4 years.  The PDL Cup is actually in our potential grasp!  If we win this game, we're only 1 back of the Dolphins!

This is beginning to feel like a playoff game to me!

GO JAGS!  We need this one!

After so many years of losing, it looks like our standards are falling.

Let's raise those standards back where they belong.

Quick, who won the PDL cup last year, 2 years ago??  That's what I thought.

Would someone please post a picture of this PDL Cup.

I'd like to see it.

I survived the Gus Bradley Error.

Well, we won the PDL Cup last year based on point differential.  It's was rather controversial, but I'll take that win, baby!

I think Miami won it 2 years back, but we don't like to discuss it...
