Gus Bradley

Quote:I completely agree. It was offered as an example only. The point is, I want to see some 'difference-making' coaching ON THE SIDELINE, during the game. Something prepared, and displayed at just the right moment, that gives us an extra edge. I haven't really noticed this up to now. To my eyes, Gus has been rather plain vanilla in game. I do like him. I just think he may be too preoccupied with other team matters to have deep-thought game-planning.

I wish there were less 'Gus Bradley' shows, appearances on radio (tv?), reading of commercials etc. I'd also like to see him disguise his persona a little more at the podium. Too cozy with the press is always a bad thing. Rather he spent his time away from the spotlight finding us that 'little bit extra'. It's a game of inches, on and off the field.

What in the world are you talking about?

Gus is too occupied with the other team? Too many appearances on tv and radio? Needs to spend more time looking for that little extra? Disguise his persona? Too cozy with the media hurts how?

Strange. Very strange.

The sun's not yellow, it's chicken.

So he should be like Greg Schiano?

What did you say in that thread?

Hmmmm... " Find that little extra"..."game of inches"..... It sounds to me like you maybe want him to get a case of Extenze....That's gonna go over well in the locker room....

ABOUT US
The Jungle Forums is the Jaguars' biggest fan message board. Talking about the Jags since 2006, the Jungle was the team-endorsed home of all things Jaguars.

Since 2017, the Jungle is now independent of the team but still run by the same crew. We are here to support and discuss all things Jaguars and all things Duval!
