Bradley is a defensive coordinator not a head coach. Fisch is a college O coordinator. Both can't develop Bortles. If the Jaguars finish 1-15, how does that earn your way in 2015?

Fine, relieve him of his Head Coaching duty and make him D coordinator.  Fire Fisch, and find a new coach next year.  One with acceptable credentials and experience.
