Gene Smith and his effect on the current regime.

I think 99% of the posters on here realize that 2015 is the year that counts. Caldwell and Khan have pretty much confirmed that. I see you represent the 1% of the posters who have no clue by your demands of immediate results or bust.
Yr 2 is immediate?  LOL

This regime BUILT this roster. Not Gene. They kept the ones they wanted and sent the other packing. Had they kept Pot Roast, Smith, Monroe, and some of those guys they could have drafted for depth instead of starters who at this point appears to be not very successful.

Monroe was leaving. Smith was old and replaceable

Pot roast just turned into a good player. He showed us flashes but so have our players now

I would rather have a 21 year old then a 31

so if they started 27 games ago they should be getting better right?

No....: you are the one believing they should be better. You can't make a bad player good..

But right now we don't know if it's players or coaches

But we can't pick up a blitz at all and until we fix that it doesn't matter

Go root for a different team. Jaguars do not need fans like you.

How many wins would Pot Roast, Monroe, and Smith generate this year? The funny thing is when Caldwell is able to generate similar production from a handful of UDFA's and late round picks for a fraction of the cost. The money saved will be spent this offseason.

Big picture Chief.

I dare say with Smith and Poz at LB and Joeckel and Monroe on the line and Pot Roast on the DL we probably have a better record than 1-10.

They have 5 games left.

Time to put up or shut up.

Would like to see them go 4-1 or 3-2 over the next 5 games.

Likely?  Hell no.
