I'm not even saying this to be a hater...he's going to get off.  In my opinion, if you can't convict someone criminally of the crime, how can you kick him out?  

 

I don't know.  I think these hearings are a little silly myself.  If you don't even have charges brought against you then why is there a hearing with the school?

I think these hearings are pretty old school and they just haven't really gone away.  Now police are involved in pretty much everything they need to be.

Right, but I think thats the point.  If something like this happens, its really not up to the university (who is in no way able to provide a proper investigation) to be the judge and jury here.  The Tallahassee PD did their investigation and they are trained and prepared to do this.  

 

Who on FSU's staff is prepared to investigate a rape claim?  Nobody.

I understand they can't, I just don't know why they would handle a case like this when no chargers were filed.  I realize they have to, but they shouldn't.

Well, as many would argue the case could have been handled better from the start. If Jameis is innocent that actually hurts him (since people think there is a cover up) and if he is not, then it helped him.

The case was bungled from the start. There's no way around that. But when all was said and done, nothing was done. So be it.
