Jameis Winston hearing at noon today

Quote:I'm not saying he did it....where have I once said he did it?

I'm saying there are too many loose ends for your fan base to defend him until the end. There is not just one girl who has said something that involved sex happened with Jameis but two.

Again, there are many people that specialize in rape counseling that have said that women who have been raped change their story due to the trauma. They'll forget things that happened and then remember them later. JT Money will downplay the only 2 to 8% of rapes are false accusations that the professionals give because one person says its not true.
There are just as many loose ends in her story for you to defend her....pot meet kettle.

There are loose ends for sure, but Jameis questionable character does not help his case either.

his character is beyond questionable.  he thinks its ok to walk out of a store without paying.  that means he has no character.

Quote:You seem like a very bitter person...at least when it comes to your star quarterback possibly raping a girl.

You really have no clue if it happened or didnt happen. There will never be enough proof either way, but you go on defending him like nothing happened. That's the best way to handle it.
And you keep assuming he is guilty. Some people feel they need to bring the other side of the story into perspective just as you are trying to bring your side into it. Ultimately the only people who know what really happened are Jameis and the girl.

Quote:Well according to big johns narrative, she got mad because she found out his girlfriend was coming into town and she was just a side piece...that's supposedly why this all happened.

Yeah and all this transpired in just a few hours. She met jameis, went back to his apt, had sex, must have immediately thought they were getting married, found out he had a girlfriend who was coming back, and then got mad about that even though she had her own boyfriend. But wait! Even though all this happened. She still hugged him when he dropped her off. It all adds up.
Coughlin when asked if winning will be a focus: "What the hell else is there? This is nice and dandy, but winning is what all this is about."

Hahahahahahahahahahaha.  You blindly defend him.

I hope this never happens to someone personal to you and they are the ones making this sort of accusation.  Your story and feelings would quickly change.

I think this hits the nail on the head. If it was a one time thing and he had a relatively spotless record other than this, I think a lot more side people would side with him and not question it.  Because of some of the questionable things hes done, it brings things further into doubt.

You say that, but you then say I hope this doesn't happen to someone personal to you?  What happen?  Again, just lay it out there.

Again, I don't know what happened that night.  When I originally read the story and tended to side with Jameis, but as time has gone on you have to start questioning things.  The second girl coming out really didnt help his case here.

What I'm saying is that if you are going to 100% believe what he says because he is your star football player you are an idiot.  if this was a more personal case where a sister or girlfriend was accusing a guy of the same thing, a person supporting him would have a different view of things.

Of course they would.  That goes without saying.  You seem to be siding with the girl which again, is fine.  Just say so though.

You said I hope this doesn't happen to someone you know.  We don't know what happened.  So are you saying I hope someone you know doesn't get raped?  I hope someone you know doesn't falsely accuse someone of rape?
