No chance...while his workload is still going to be plenty, the pressure is released.  Even if the defense struggles, the head coach ultimately bears the brunt.

 

I will say this...I feel like Malzahn will give him free reign on the defense for the most part.  I feel like he's one of those head coaches that is all about the offense and the defense comes secondary (not to an extreme, but you know what I mean)

Recruiting is the deal. Auburn is getting who they want on offense. Now we will see on the defensive side.

Not that surprised at the number. Poor head coach but high level defensive mind. Good hire by Auburn.
