Please Explain Why Todman Is Still On The Team?

I will say he deserves a shot to stay alive next training camp rather than being cut loose a day after this season ends.

Has he made season long blunders? I don't recall any.

I don't recall any blunders. He's been a solid kick returner rarely used on offense.

Don't you hate threads like this?  He sucks all season, and then breaks the game winning TD, LOL

He really hasn't sucked all season, he is what he is, our KR.  He happened to make a huge play tonight, but he's been buried on the depth chart behind DRob, Toby, and Storm.  He's not a starter but now we can see why he was still on the team.  Injuries happen and he stepped up.  I asked the OP earlier in this thread who we should replace him with if we cut him and got crickets.  Fans need to chill and quit acting like they know more than GMs.

He shut me up.  And I am glad that he did.  Good job Jordan.

Post of the year!
Respect the game.  Play with a sense of urgency.

1.)  Take care of the ball.  Win the turnover battle.

2.)  It's all about 3rd down.  Win on 3rd down to win the game.

3.) Playmakers make plays.  The only reason that you put your uniform on is to make plays. In order to EARN your paycheck, you must make plays.

Learn from the great collapse of 2023.

Ha!  I think Todman has the unfortunate position of being the first RB to try and take over the MJD spot...  So our expectations of him are a bit high.

He's just an OK RB and a pretty darn good kickoff returner...  I was happy to see him get that TD!  He's got heart.

I actually believe he's the only player that helped up BB5 off the turf after that horrible hit he took in the 1st half.  Man, I really hate the O-line...

Great run that 99% of NFL RBs could make against the worst run defense in the league

Great job, Todman!

Now please, relieve him of his duties at season's end and I will wish him the best in his future endeavors.

(Cant quote on this comp but this is to Rocdee)

99% of RB's in the league would of been able to have made that run against the Titans then why is it their longest TD run allowed this year? Also didnt they hold Jam Charles to 19 yds earlier in the year? Or is he not as good as the other 99% of RBs in the league?

Todman struggled mightily during pre-season, which really bummed me out because I had high hopes for him after last year. But, since the regular season's started, he's shown some flashes like last year, with tonight's big run being one of the brightest flashes. Hopefully he gets a chance to show what he can do on offense next training camp/pre-season and doesn't bungle the chance burying himself down on the depth chart again.

Todman hasn't done much all season on offense until last night. It was a great run, reminding me of the glory days with Fred Taylor. That 'stiff arm' he gave the one tack defender was priceless! It was also the longest scoring run allowed by the tacks all season.

It should be realized though that the run was against the worst run defense in the NFL.
