Diversity, whether it be racial, gender, gender identity, ethnic, cultural, socioeconomic.....it's nice and makes things interesting and I have no problem with it all. Until it starts causing trouble because people can't agree to disagree and move on. I will have to elaborate later as I have to go to a doctor appointment.
