I'd love to be one of those posters who pulls something out of thin air, then gets to say "I told you so!"

I got the news when I went to NFL.com, not on this site. This link is at the top of the homepage:

Adam Gase is not going to the 49ers! Instead they promoted defensive line coach Jim Tomsula to head coach.

Gase is now considered a candidate for the Denver job.  We'll see. This article says that even if he doesn't get the job, he could stay on as the OC in Denver.

Supposedly they've got 6 guys they're targeting.  Quinn is among them, but he's at the top of Atlanta's list.

Never argue with idiots. They drag you down to their level and beat you with experience.

Troll on!

You're such a stickler for spelling, facts, exact events etc.  Then you come on with crap like this.  You are full of it.  We've speculated on your troll gig for sometime, i'm now convinced and no longer amused.  Plus you can be downright nasty!

The Falcons might not want to wait for the Seahawks to lose if Teryl Austin impresses them enough at his second interview tomorrow.

Unless they decide to wait, in which case, Quinn remains their top candidate.

This whole stating the obvious thing you do is really cool.

I am saying they could change their minds about waiting for Dan Quinn depending on what happens tomorrow.

The Falcons have not decided who they want yet. They have only interviewed Dan Quinn once because Seattle is still in the playoffs.

So, what you're saying is there's still a chance?

Should I check the other thread to make sure nothing has happened?

There is always a chance until somebody signs a contract. Check the other thread to see if something happened after Teryl Austin's interview.

But contracts can be broken.  We're on the verge of chaos.

Broken contracts.  Litter in the streets.  Cats and dogs mating.  Suddenly the entire world is out of control.

Fortunately I have not met anyone who thinks cats and dogs can reproduce.

But the world definitely is out of control. One reason for that is what people do with their cats and dogs.

I've seen it with my own eyes.  You've never seen CatDog?

Chinese restaurants have the best idea for cats and dogs.  Call them stir fry and sell them for $5.99 a plate.
