I was wrong about Trent Baalke. 

He isn't any better than La Confora to be perfectly fair.

It's not a bad hire. Dude played part in developing Carr. He's had OC experience. He's a QB guy. Don't hate him because he couldn't fix the mess that was Gabbert.
