Who is Andrew Luck?

(This post was last modified: 01-23-2015, 04:08 PM by Achilles.)

Quote:Lets compare RW with another QB that relies on a good run game and a solid defense:

Russel Wilson: 285 of 452 for 3,475 yards   63.1% Completion, 7.69 YPA   20 TDs and 7  INTs   95.0 QBR

Alex Smith:       303 of 464 for 3,265 yards   65.3% Completion,  7.04 YPA 18 TDs and  6 INTs   93.4 QBR

Turns out that they're nearly identical. They're game manager stats. How interesting......

how interesting. his stats are also comparable with tom brady's. tom brady must be a game manager....

you got me. clearly outsmarted again.

good luck getting to the superbowl with numbers like that, tom. youll never even sniff the HOF as a game manager....

btw, did you read those articles or were there too many words for you to handle?

Tom Brady????!!!

Brady has thrown over 100 more times, had over 4,000 passing yards and 33 TDS to 9 INTS. Sorry, but not close.

The articles are just someone's opinions. I could find articles to refute their position, but it wouldn't matter. I try to deal more with tangibles (stats) rather than some writer's opinion.

it doesnt matter how often they throw. the qbs dont get to call their own plays. if RW was on the colts he would throw the ball more.

im done arguing or giving my opinion to you. youre the one who doesnt understand football so it would be futile to keep this going.

youre entitled to your opinion as i am to mine.

You compare RW to Brady and I'm the one that doesn't understand football?

just a bunch of hate agenda propaganda.

Cool. There are still 10x more individuals that say the opposite. Actually watch some games and come up with your own analysis (although, I'm sure your hate-filled bias will show up then, too).

youre an idiot. at least flash adds something to a discussion. you have nothing and just piggy back off of other people.

you create false information and dont even absorb what is actually said.

i dont understand why clots fans even visit this board. i know there arent a lot of intelligent clots fans to converse with (clearly,) but you guys must have your own message board where you can discuss van camps and raggedy ann dolls.

Ouch.

Hey folks of "The Jungle" this is what it looks like when your opposition is backed into a corner and has nowhere else to go but fling name callings.

Yeah, you know what, you're an idiot too! Yeah! Because I said so! Yeah! Go post in the main board and leave the AFC South section alone! YEAH!!!!!

I remember when Big Ben used to be called a game manager.

Have the Jags ever had a game manager as a QB?

Could someone please list some of the current "game manager" QBs in the NFL right now.

There are some game managers who have won the Super bowl (Dilfer, Johnson) and some who have at least gotten there (Grossman, Hasselbeck)

Where exactly does Eli fit in? What's a QB like him (with 2 SB rings) considered?

Here is a list of all Super Bowl starting QBs. There has to be several game managers type QBs on there.

At least being a game manager type QB gives you a chance to get to the big game.

Colts fans can't handle that a guy from the third round is better than the crown prince caveman. Its hilarious.
