Looks like they took a page out of Khan's stadium playbook.

Being able to bring alcohol to your seat will be a big perk for some.

lol he didn't "get me". I find it funny that the only large city in Florida not on the ocean is putting a beach at a football stadium.

It absolutely did relate (assuming you meant to say that no beaches are close to Orlando). Beaches are to Orlando as Jaguars are to Jacksonville.  You could turn that into an SAT question.

Cocoa Beach, and Daytona are only on hour from Orlando anyway.

I disagree.

Jaguars to Jacksonville as Knights are to Orlando, would be much more relevant.

Lets go back to you original point....we are in Florida.  Is anyone really that far from a beach?  Is it really that big of a stretch?

Yeah, thats all this boils down to.  Adding more money into the budget.

Dry football stadiums have been around for a long time....now you make money on people paying to have access to the bar as well as paying even more for the drinks.  Win win.

Do they still have that medieval dining place down there? I can't remember the name...but you'd eat while watching jousting and stuff. Maybe that's where they got the knight thing from!

I think most schools limit it to "premium seating" areas like this one at UCF. Where the older, richer fans can partake.
