It's on going, he does an ask the writer and editor type of deal in the back of each issue, and he sounds like he'll be doing it for awhile until he and the fans get bored of it. Though I do believe he said he knows how it will end.

Now THAT was a good episode. I suspect it's because Carol and Daryl are my fave characters and I'm glad they have the friendship and connection they have. I hope it never goes romantic because that would screw it up. 

 

Both are way to damaged emotionally to have any kind of normal relationship although I think they can relate to each other on a more or less fundamental level.  Kind of like a sister and brother kind of thing.

All Beth had to do was just walk out of the hospital. Not sad she's gone,but I felt sorrow for Maggie.

that's what got me... she had to watch her dad get his head chopped off, lost her husband like twice now I think, and was finally about to get it all back together and her sister gets herself waxed...honestly I didn't really like beth's character until her story line split with Darryl for the few episodes.


For the record, I don't think the actor playing Darryl is very good at all..I do like the cross bow deal but that's about it....I always got the feeling they somehow lucked into a guy a few chicks thought was good looking so they have kept him around to hold a few ratings or something... his brother was hell of a lot better than he was... at acting at least.

Interesting note the gated community Shirewilt, as it was called on the show, was in the comics as Wiltshire. It was their first real stop though brief after they left the Atlanta camp (the place where Rick first finds his family) which as it turns out is their first stop after Atlanta.  

 

More fun facts there is a character in the comics named Allen who's wife gets eaten there, her children were two boys who's basic stories were transposed to the two girls he kept seeing.

 

Not sure if they actually planned it this way, but it would be cool if they did, in the comics Tyrese and his daughter Julie joins their group before they arrive to Wiltshire, with the inverted name on the show it would be where he leaves the group.

So, last nights episode was ok. I wished they had killed off Noah instead. He's like the angel of death, everyone dies around him. Anyway, looking forward to the show cranking up and them moving on to Washington.

Tyrese came from Jax in the show, so I guess we can assume Jax was overrun pretty bad?
