Ryan Grigson traded a 1st round pick for arguably the worst running back in the history of the NFL. He's a terrible GM, my Weimaraner would've drafted Andrew Luck so he gets no credit for that.

Now, I've been on record many times saying I'm not overly impressed with Grigson, however, he's hit home runs on MANY different things as well (not counting Andrew Luck). Here's a few of his home runs:

-Trading a 2nd round pick for Vontae Davis (his best move IMO, I would of given up a 1st for him). Absolute steal (that no one talks about)

-Signing Cory Redding. He's been a HUGE vet leader and overall great player for us.

-Dwayne Allen

-Coby Fleener

-Trading UP for TY Hilton in the draft

-Re-signing Reggie Wayne (when everyone thought he was done)

-Re-signing Robert Mathis (when everyone thought he wouldn't fit the 3-4 defense)

-Essentially his entire 2012 draft class

-Essentially his entire 2014 draft class (take out Richardson, obviously)

-Ahmad Bradshaw (when healthy...)

Now, while he obviously has some HUGE misses as well: (Landry, Satele, Richardson, 2013 draft).

As a GM you're going to have some hit & misses. Grigson has been on both sides of that, big time. With all this being said, he's not the worst in the NFL. Not even close. He's also no where near the best. Not even close. He falls somewhere in the middle.

I'd have to agree with your take. In fact, I remember many of us here (myself included) poking fun at the Vontae Davis trade.

He also traded away Jerry Hughes for peanuts.

Bjoern Werner was a huge miss. Also when you miss on an entire draft class (2013) you are approaching Gene Smith territory.

Heard a rumor that earlier tonight d'qwell punched his pizza delivery driver in the face for being 2 minutes late.

Went over this 100 times, Jerry Hughes sucked in Indy. He didn't try, was lazy, and didn't contribute at all.

So the Bills coaching staff were able to motivate him where the Colts coaching staff failed. Thats a bit of a worry.

So glad you guys traded Trent too. Imagine if you had got Kelvin Benjamin. Him and TY would have been  :yucky:

Though i'm ready for you to spin that into a good trade because the Browns wasted the pick on Manziel

I guess so. I've not been high on the Colts coaching staff, I've said this 1,000 times (you guys really have a hard time reading). The player has to be willing to work, though.

I've also said TR was a terrible trade, 1,000 times.

I'm also glad we traded for Vontae... with a 2nd.
