Gregory > Fowler (tier break)

Beasley > Armstead > Dupree > Ray

Won't be surprised if Armstead is up a tier soon either he's awesome closest thing to Ansah (or maybe what Oakman should have been) in this draft.

I agree with your tier breakdown. I do believe Gregory and Fowler could join Williams in that upper tier a couple years into their playing career. I Would leave Ray in that last tier but I'd have him as the first guy there. Overall pretty good!

Williams was good in college, but I need to see these guys at the combine. They may stink it up and fall or shine and get drafted #1, then we're already looking at someone other than these two guys... I really want a RB, but in a later round. A quality TE sure would help that young QB in more than one way.
So you'd rather judge someone at the combine than their college tape?

You don't "need" to see these guys at the combine. What could Williams do at the combine that would change your view on him?

Quote:Between Williams and Gregory you should get a mostly unanimous vote for Williams. The true debate comes if the Titans draft Williams then what? Gregory, Ray, or Fowler, assuming we couldn't trade back. Once you get to that point, I say Fowler for his versatility.

Why does everybody say it must be a defensive lineman if we don't trade down? Is it not possible for a linebacker, free safety, or tight end to see his stock skyrocket after a great combine, pro day, and private workout? Right now projections have other top five picks being a quarterback and a wide receiver, but you all know that is going to change before April 30.
