Maybe it was because of injury. All I know is he didn't look great the second half of the year.

Thomas and then O'Leary in the draft. There is your Hernandez/Gronk comparison

Haha exactly, possibly one of the worst comparisons I've ever seen.

He's just like those two, except not nearly as good.

This scares me a bit.. Especially considering how many games he's missed in just four years. http://bsndenver.com/julius-thomas-turne...out-there/

Cut Lewis and sign Thomas and Cameron.

I like Julius, but I think Cameron is just a better player. Significantly higher athletic score and lower drop %. I am slightly more worried about Cameron's concussions than I am Julius' leg injuries, but I will take that risk to get what I think is both the better and most likely significantly cheaper player.

I also like Niles Paul more than Clay, but they are more like 3a and 3b in this TE FA crop to me.

I like Niles Paul too, but I have very serious concerns about how a 6'1" 225-lb. tight end would hold up as a blocker. Most fullbacks are bigger than that.

Exactly why I don't want him

Most guys hitting free agency will have some big negatives...

whether it's injuries, previous arrests, scheme fits, etc.

the real good players that are squeaky clean and consistent just don't make it to free agency that often.

Cameron has three concussions the last two years. That would scare me away from him no matter how good he is.

I'm officially off the J. Thomas train. Get Clay, Cameron or wait until the draft. Heard Thomas may take 12 million a year to come here, hell no.

24 TDs the past two years. We haven't had someone to score double digit TDs in years, let alone twice in consecutive years. He's well worth it in IMO.

If it wasn't for those he would be getting the franchise tag as we speak.

We would if we had a TD record shattering QB at the helm like Julius did.
