He would be the perfect veteran in the locker room for our young recievers.

Doubt if he'd come here. This is the kind of player that would want to go to someone that has a chance at a Super Bowl before he retires.

Brown retired because Modell was a douche and didn't want him to miss camp while making movies.

Quote:Kinda sad, would hope to see him retire a texan. Then again I'll be happy we dont play him anymore, even if he is nothing like he use to be.
Weird how that works, isn't it?

A guy like him, you HATE seeing him kill your team twice a year, but when he's finally gone from your rival, a part of you kinda wishes he wouldn't leave under those circumstances.  Part of you kinda wishes he'd stay his entire career with that team.

Me?

It'll be weird not seeing him on the Texans, but I am glad he's gone.

Worst to 1st.  Curse Reversed!

Of course he'd say that. Johnson is at the point of his career where he either gets paid by the Texans, or go to a team who will contend next year. The Jags would be an option if that were the case. Him saying this isn't a surprise whatsoever. He's a shell of his former self.
