If the Murray rumors are true, what do you think his contract will look like? Considering he led the league in rushing and McCoy just signed a 5 year $40 mil deal with $26.5 guaranteed.

Well the cowboys offered him 4/16 so I'd hope its no more that 4/22 5.5 a year. Maybe 6 if its incentive based

And I'd gladly pass. Murray is a good back but is 28, has injury history and just had 350 plus touches last season. This is a situation were I would want the team to be smart with the money rather than get him at whatever price.

Murray just turned 27 for what its worth. I am with you though I would rather look in the draft for young and cheap than spend a big chunk on him

As for looking in the draft, i'm fine going that route too. Let's remember we have a QB going into his 2nd year with a trio of young 2nd year WR's as well. I think the more veteran help the better. If we can add a top level proven Rb, a top level veteran TE, and get some help along the OL, I think that'd do more help. I'm on board with Murray, obviously i'm not loving idea of 8M per, but we have to spend money. He's got a few more good years in him at least if he can stay healthy and we don't run him into the ground.

I dont get the Odrick signing, I hope its not a big deal, it seems like a Ziggy Hood signing from last year, he's a good player but we are stacked with decent DL guys like that but he is a good player. Suh would have been a major upgrade tho

Odrick is on a much higher level than Hood. He has great versatitlity and would move everywhere along the line. This team was terrible last year, the more talent the better, and Odrick would definitely up the talent here.
