Depending on how much he would want, I thought about us taking a stab at him. I just don't know what kind of contract he's looking for. We could have a sick backfield if we picked up a FS with him. We've got the money, but I don't know.

How much of our cap money do we have to spend this year? Going after a 1-2 year deal with him could help us meet the requirements while locking up one side of our secondary to help the younglings lol.

 

Imagine getting Thomas, Murray, Odrick, Parnell, Revis, and one of the remaining safeties. That would be a pretty good FA period. But some of those names are now in question....

I've heard that Colvin played a little FS in college. If we did get Revis, and that's hands down the biggest "if" ever, then I'd see no problem with Revis as the 1, McCray as the 2, Gratz in the Nickel and Colvin as the FS. If he turns out to be worth his own weight in salt at FS I say keep him there and hit the draft for a young CB in the upcoming years.
